The Inno Square Crossbars # INB117 you referenced in your question is just the crossbars for a 2014 BMW 3 Series Sedan.
You will also need Inno Feet for Square Crossbars - Track Systems and Fixed Mounting Points # INXP which is the feet which the crossbars install to, and Inno Custom Fit Kit # INTR131 which is the custom fit kit to install the feet to your vehicle. These parts are confirmed to fit your vehicle and will complete the roof rack system.
