Will the Westin HLR Headache Rack On a 2008 Ford F-350 Work With Tonneau Cover

I am interested in the Westin HLR Headache Rack - Punch Plate Screen - Black Powder Coated Aluminum Item # 57-81045. I have an 08 Ford F350 Super Duty Supercab with the 6foot bed 6.4 Powerstroke Diesel. Are any Tonneau covers between rail compatible with this rack? If so, what should I look into?

The Westin HLR Headache Rack part # 57-81045 which is a fit for a 2008 Ford F-350 mounts inside the bed so there won't be any compatible tonneau covers. The Westin HDX Headache Rack part # 57-8005 mounts on the top of the bed rails so it may be able to be used with certain tonneau covers but this will be the best option for tonneau cover compatibility.
I have attached a list of all options below but again, some may and some may not work with the latter headache rack. I recommend the TruXedo Pro X15 Soft Tonneau Cover part # TX1469101 as a likely compatible option.
