How much clearance will I have with a curt hitch from then pin hole to the bumper? Im looking at bike racks and trying to figure out if the one I like would be too close to the bumper to install

When we installed the Curt Trailer Hitch # C11065 on a 2012 Volvo C70 we found the distance from the hitch pin hole to the bumper was 9 inches.
That's a pretty good distance, and this is also a Class I hitch (which is all that is available for your C70) so you do need a Class I compatible bike rack as well, the Swagman Chinook 2-Bike Rack # S64683.
This is an excellent rack and an overall great value. The Chinook is 12-1/2 inches to the closest part of the rack so it has the clearance you need from the bumper (though it won't be able to fold up), comes with integrated locks for your bikes and the rack to protect your investments, and has a robust 45 lbs per-bike capacity, which is exceptional for a Class I rack.
