Question:

I bought a 2inch hitch from you guys for my toyota prius c 2016. It has a 2000lbs pull weight and a 300lbs tongue weight from the hitch I bought from yall. Will the yakima ridge back for 5 bikes work for my car?

The EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 306-X7194 as you said has a 300 lb. tongue weight limit and a 2" receiver tube opening. With that in mind the Yakima RidgeBack 5 Bike Rack part # Y02459 will work out well. It weighs around 42 lbs. so you will be limited to carrying 158 lbs. of bikes at max. if your 2016 Prius C is rated for that.

You want to ensure not to exceed the 300 lbs. tongue weight capacity of your hitch or the maximin tongue weight limit of your Prius which can be found in the owner's manual.
