Will the Thule Motion XT Rooftop Cargo Box Work With Volkswagen/VW Factory Crossbars

Question:
Will this fit on the Volkswagen cross bars I purchased through the company? They sell a 16 cubic but we have 5 in our family and think the 22 will work better.
