The Solera 17' Black Fade RV Awning Roller and Fabric (Std) # LCV000211498 you asked about comes with the fabric and the roller tube. It does not come with the rail extrusion like # LC715217 to mount the awning fabric to the side of the RV. If you are installing a new rail extrusion, the LaSalle Bristol XTRM Butyl Tape - 45' L x 1-1/2" W - Qty 1 # 344270341411-1 and Self-Tapping Screw - 1/4" -14 x 3/4" Long - Zinc # FA1131822 are my recommendation.
Many RV's will already have this installed and if you previously had an awning you won't need to replace that part. If you have the roller and just want the fabric then you can use the Solera 17' Replacement Awning Fabric - Black Fade # LCV000334405.
