Replacement Grille Guard Hardware for Aries on 2002 Dodge Dakota

Question:

I bought a used grill guard. Naturally without hardware. Was told it was off of 2003 Dakota. I have a 2002. I am not sure who makes it so I dont know what brackets will work. The bottom bar is missing off the guard and theres a weird twist to the bottom shank where it bolts on. Looks like a factory twist. Picture included. Can u possibly point me in the right direction? Or did I get totally #+*@#×! when I bought this? Aries grill guard ?

If that was an Aries grille guard that fit a 2002 Dodge Dakota the replacement hardware kit you'd need is the part # AABRKT-5041 but if you can't verify that Aries is who made guard I can't guarantee this would fit.
