Size of Black Spacers for Roadmaster Base Plate that Fits 2013 Subaru Outback

Question:
Do you have any video on the installation of this baseplate? Do you have the dimensions of the 2 black spacers in the center of the picture you show of the fasteners? I seem to be missing them. Thanks

I wish we had an install video I could send to you but at this time we do not have anything for any of the base plates that fit your 2013 Outback including the part # 920-3. If you check out the install instructions link I attached on this page you can see the process walked through with detailed pictures.
The size of the black spacers are 1 1/4” O.D. x 0.25 WALL x 1 7/8”.
