Question:

bought 4 wire kit with dioades white ground green right yellow left brown tail there are five wires to each tail light is there a fiat wiring diagram to tell what wires to connect to ?

If you are talking about a wiring harness for the 2012 Fiat 500 to tow a trailer, then you should be using # 118546 which just plugs in line with the vehicle wiring. See instructions link.

But if you are talking about a system to flat tow the 500 then you will need to use a circuit tester like # PTW2993 to test the wiring to determine the functions. a technician at a Fiat dealer may be able to provide you with some sort of schematic or at least tell you the color codes. However, I would still test the wires to be certain you use the right ones for the right functions.
