Will the Thule Roof Cargo Carrier fit a 2012 Jeep Wrangler with a Whisbar S11 roof rack?

The Yakima Whispbar crossbars are approximately 3.32 inches wide. The Thule basket # TH859XT will fit on this size. Also the mounting brackets on the SportRack basket # SR9035 will fit on crossbars up to 3-1/2 inches wide. I have included video links for these baskets for you to view.
