Yes the Demco Lunette Ring part # DM09557-97 will work with the Curt Channel Style Adjustable Ballmount part # C45900. It will be rated for the 1,400 lb tongue weight and the 14,000 lb gross trailer weight rating of the Curt ball mount.
Replacement Shank for Curt Channel Style Adjustable Ball Mounts part # C45910 is an option as well with the same capacity.
