Question:
What is the dimension of the ball height to the flat surface of the bracket and what is the dimension of the hole spacing.

From the mounting surface to the top of the ball on the # 3691857 measures 1-1/2 inches. The distance between the outside holes is 1-1/2 inches and the distance from an outside hose to the middle hole is 3/4 inch.
