I am concerned about the clearance between the Thule base rails and the BAK cover. Are there any special rails / parts to make this fit. 2019 F250 6 3/4 bed

The TracRack SR Ladder Rack part # TH43002XT-610 has enough clearance to allow the Bak Revolver tonneaus like the # BAK48330 you have installed on your 2019 Ford F-250 6-3/4 foot bed. This is a very common combination of ladder rack and tonneau cover that we know fits and works great together. Your Revolver is actually the only hard roll-up tonneau cover we can safely recommend as a fit with the TracRac SR ladder racks.
