Question:

Putting down my landing gear on my jayco eagle 5th wheel i blow the fuse by the motor, but now it wont work at all when plugged into the box at a campground, only when hooked up to my truck and then only one revolution and it quits.

It sound as if the motor when it experiences load is drawing too many amps causing it to blow the fuse. The Replacement Motor for Stromberg Carlson Electric Landing Gear part # LG-142178 is one of the most common replacements that we carry. I do not have a way to determine what brand landing gear you have if you'll get the model off of the gear itself I can make sure you get exactly what you need should this one not match the 4 1/8" mounting holes found on this motor.

Please pull the motor and try to operate the landing gear by hand to double check it is the motor and not the gearbox that is binding overloading the motor which would be the next problem that could cause this.
