I have a 2017 Ram 1500 with the HDX grille guard, part number 57-3545. Is there a mounting kit that will enable use if the same grille guard in a 2020 F150 XLT?

Since the HDX grille guards and hardware kits are both made to fit specific vehicles there isn't a way to adapt one from one vehicle to fit another. So you'd have to go with the part # 57-3830 for chrome or part # 57-3835 for black for a confirmed fit for your 2020 Ford F-150.
