What are Display Options for Showing Multiple Camera Angles with

Question:

I have installed 3 of the 4 cameras.. i do not want to install the door camera. I would like to be able to view all cameras, but without have the blank block from the 4th unused camera on the view all screen, How can the view all screen be edited to eliminate the 4th unused camera

Oddly enough there isn't a way to just have the three views without the block for the fourth. You can either do the quad split or the H split with four slots always.
