Question:
I am interested in buying fixed cargo carrier like Item # 63155. I have a 2005 Toyota Sienna with the Toyota hitch which is 1 1/4inch but does 3500lbs I have towing package. Since I want to bring a large cooler full of food and ice the weight could be more then 300 lbs 125 quart cooler filled with ice and food could weigh 350 lbs. Do you have any cargo carriers that fit 1 1/4inch and hold 500lbs?

I do have a cargo carrier to fit your 1-1/4" hitch on your 2005 Toyota Sienna but there are no 1-1/4" carriers that can haul 500 lbs.
If you have the Curt # C12065 the maximum tongue weight capacity is 350 lbs and the Draw-Tite # 36513 is 300 lbs. It is recommended to go with whichever is the lowest weight rating between your hitch and cargo carrier.
The Reese Explore 20x47 Cargo Carrier # 63155 is my favorite 1-1/4" cargo carrier because of its size and capacity. It has a max weight capacity of 300 lbs but it also has a larger footprint at 20"x47". The raised rails give you a good place to tie your load down. The 3" shank rise gives you a little more ground clearance too. If your Sienna is equipped with trailer wiring you can add a light kit # 20174 to this carrier.
Since you are carrying a large fully loaded cooler that is most likely putting you over your hitches capacity if you factor in the weight of the cargo carrier of around 40 lbs I would consider a different hitch.
The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75237 is a 2" class 3 trailer hitch that gives you a tongue weight capacity of 675 lbs. I recommend the 24x60 etrailer Cargo Carrier # e98874. I use it for all of my family trips. It has a good capacity at 500 lbs but I enjoy the folding and tilting feature of this carrier. I can fold it up whenever I am not using it so it saves a little space. The weight capacity isn't as high but it is slightly larger at 24" x 60" and it is a little lighter at 61 pounds. The included stop collar makes this cargo carrier a lot easier to line up with your hitches pin hole once you set it in place.
Getting a new hitch is more of an investment but this is a better solution to carry heavier loads on your sienna compared to an 1-1/4" hitch.
