What are the dimensions of the handles? Height, length?

The Rhino Rack Pioneer Platform Grab Handles are about 7" long they are about 1.25" wide and 1.5" tall. The usable portion of the handle on the inside is about 4" wide and the mounting holes are 5.5" apart.
