Hello, I need to know if I can safely tow a 2004 Dodge Neon with a manual transmission behind my motor home. What supplies would I need to do this. My motor home has a 2 inch receiver. Thank you for your time and information

Yes, the 2004 Dodge Neon can be flat-towed if it has a manual transmission. In order to do so, you'll need a base plate kit, tow bar, safety cables, supplemental braking system, and wiring harness. I have attached a list with each of these components below
