Hi, I am looking for an adaptor for bikes with disc brakes for the RockyMounts Loball in bed mounts. Please advise.

It sounds like you need an adapter like the RockyMounts StreetRod 12-mm and 15-mm Thru-Axle Adapter # RKY10941 so that you can mount your bike with disc brakes to the RockyMounts LoBall Bike Rack # RKY1097.
This adapter comes with 3 interchangeable axle sleeves for bikes with 12-mm, 15-mm, and Boost 15-mm thru axles. If you have something else please let me know what it is and I can see what we have that will work.
