I have a Duraliner system in my 2020 Ram 1500 - can I still install the Pace Edwards UltraGroove Hard Tonneau Cover?

Yes, the two will work together! The Pace Edwards UltraGroove Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover # 311-KRDA24A55 that fits your 2020 Ram 1500 with a 5-1/2 foot bed will work with a Duraliner bed liner. This cover works with under the rail bed liners and according to my research that what your Duraliner is, though I do recommend verifying.
