4-Pole to 7-Pole Vehicle End Trailer Connector for Coleman Pop-up Camper

Question:
I have a coleman pop-up camper with a 7-pin connector. I typically trailer this with my ford truck with 7 pin connector it works fine. My other vehicle to trailer this has a 4 pin flat and I need to make that work. Need a quick fix by this Friday 7/17. Is there a wiring diagram for this harness adapter? Per one reviewers comment, Why is it necessary to connect the adapters white ground wire to the vehicle frame, since the adapter does not make use of the ground return lead built into the 4-wire trailer plug. This is stated in the instructions, but easy to forget... Any diagram or instructions that you can send me on this harness would be very helpful.

I am sorry, we do not have a wiring diagram for this particular part, however we do have a Wiring FAQ that can help. I have included a link to it below.
The white wire on the 4-pole connector is not active because the loose white wire overrides it. So the white wire coming off the adapter needs to be grounded. The 4-pole plug on the adapter needs to be plugged into the original 4-pole plug on the vehicle.
