How is this installed in the ceiling? Are there springs to keep it in place?

The Glantastic LED RV Dome Light - 197 Lumens - Semi-Recessed - Frosted Glass Lens - Warm White
Item # 328-K-58L349 requires a 3-3/8" hole that is 3/4" deep in the ceiling. Remove the lens and there are 3 holes to mount the light to the ceiling with screws. Keep in mind the mounting hardware is not included.
