For your 2005 Chevy Silverado I recommend the Air Lift SlamAir Air Helper Springs for Lowered Trucks - Rear Axle # AL59209. This is compatible with trucks with a 2-6 inch drop and will give you 2000 lbs weight capacity. Then you will want the Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System for Air Helper Springs - Remote - Bluetooth - Single Path # AL25980 to have the remote adjustment you are seeking.

The # AL59209 does have the air springs included. The # AL50203 is the replacement spring if you want to see the spring. It is not the double convoluted spring you may be thinking of but it is a great system designed to add load stabilization and support to your dropped truck.
