The Blue Ox weight distribution systems don't compare to the Strait Line systems in terms of sway control and overall weight distribution. I would highly recommend you get a Strait Line for your setup # RP66082 for the best overall towing experience.

Since your 2020 Acura MDX has the factory 7-way all you'd need to install the Curt Echo Mobile # C51180 is the controller itself and you'd be set.

Thanks I may have misstated. My car does not have the factory harness but wish to get the correct one that will allow a proportional brake control.

In that case you'll need the 4-way kit part # 118628 and the # ETBC7L and you'd have everything needed to install the # C51180.
