How to Carry Fat Bikes with Hollywood Racks E-Bike Racks for Standard Width Wheel Hoops

On 8/11/2019, we purchased a Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE2 Electric Bike Rack for 2 Hitch from you. Today we purchased an electric bike but the velcro straps are too short to fit around the fatter tires of the e-bike. Do you have longer velcro straps available? Thanks,

To allow your Hollywood Racks SE2 for e-bikes to carry a fat tire bike you'd need the adapter # HRSPRWH-F-HD which would come with wider wheel hoops and longer straps.
