SportRack is actually a division of Thule. The J-Stacker Kayak Carrier you mentioned is compatible with crossbars up to 3-1/2 inches wide, since the Thule AeroBlade crossbars are 3 inches wide, the J-Stacker will indeed fit.
The J-Stacker does come with bow and stern tie downs, but I would also recommend the Thule Hood Loops, part # TH529. These anchors attach to a bolt under your hood to attach the tie downs quickly. If you need additional straps, I highly recommend the etrailer Tie-Down Kit that comes with straps and foam anchors that can be simply closed into the trunkor hood of the vehicle, and would offer a quick and easy to use attachment point for the tie downs.
