The Class III hitch for your 1998 Nissan Pathfinder would be the Curt Class 3 2-Inch Hitch, part # 13088. I am including a link to the installation instructions on this hitch.

The Draw-Tite Class III 2-Inch Hitch, part # 75186, you have referenced will fit the 1998 to 2004 Nissan Frontier and the 1988 to 1997 Nissan Pickup. It will not fit the 1998 Nissan Pathfinder.
