Fit of the Falcon 2 Towbar to the Roadmaster Baseplate part # RM-521447-5
Updated 05/19/2020 | Published 05/15/2020 >
Question:
I just installed your Roadmaster 521447-5 bracket on our vehicle. When I connect it to the Falcon 2 tow bar with locking pins the saddle is wider than the sleeve by 3/8 to 1/4 on both driver and passenger sides. Are these gaps by design? Or should these gaps be filled with washers? If so please provide the washers. I can send photos if helpful ....

You are in great shape. It is typical to have a little room on each side of the tow bar connections. There will be zero negative effect from this as it is by design.
