We do not carry a Reciever hitch for the 2019 Lincoln MKT. I'm unsure of the reasoning behind this. You will have to check with the dealer about a fitment.
I can help you with wiring using the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # C56095 will work for the vehicle. It provides a 4-way flat trailer connector for you to use for any trailers or lit cargo carriers.
