The Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System part # ASR1200S04 which has a 1,200 lb weight capacity is the smallest available option which has the ability to add brakes, the Electric Trailer Brake Kit part # AKEBRK-35-SA and Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly part # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K.
The Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System part # ASR400S02 does not have a brake mounting flange so brakes cannot be added. That said, for such a small trailer they would not really be required if you wanted to go this route.
