Hello,I got a question i thinking on buy a roof basket item #th859XT for that roof item i should be needed a roof rack? If yes and u dont mind give a part # for one,I know u got a lot of options to choose but i be comfortable taking ur recommendations. Vehicle Honda CR-V 2012. Thank you

In order to use the Thule # TH859XT Roof Mounted Cargo Basket, you will indeed need a roof rack to provide an attachment point to the vehicle roof, as the basket can't attach directly.
If your CR-V has the roof rails that run front to back along the sides of the roof, Rhino-Rack offers a roof rack that would work great for you. You'd assemble the rack using these parts:
• 49 Inch Vortex Aero Crossbars # RRVA126B-2
• RCL Leg kit, part # RRRCL4
• Fit Kit for existing holes in the rails on the roof, part # RRRCP33-BK
If your CR-V has a bare roof Rhino-Rack offers a Vortex Aero rack fit for that as well. You'd use the parts mentioned below:
• 54 inch Vortex Aero Crossbars, part # RRVA137B-2
• Roof Rack Feet, part # RRRLKVA
• Vehicle Specific Fit Kit, part # DK284
