The Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vents like part # FV801350 do not use a traditional gasket like what you might find on an automobile. Instead, they use a combination of butyl tape and silicone in order to provide a weather tight seal on the roof. For this, we offer the Roof Vent Installation Kit part # 344270KITW which comes with everything you need to install a new roof vent or seal an old one.
If you are referring to the weather seal used on the lid, we have the Replacement Weather Seal part # BVE0127-00 which is pretty much universal.
