Yes, the Adarac Aluminum Series Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack part # A4001221 will fit the 2020 Ford F-150 with the Truxedo Sentry bed cover part # TX1598301 because it fits completely inside the bed rails. The Adarac installs on top of the bed rails. I have attached a couple of videos for your reference.
