Question:
What is the distance from the top of the license plate frame to the top of the hitch mounting bracket? I am asking because my tailgate swings down and I need to make sure it wont hit the license plate frame when swung down. Also, does this part come with the hitch mounting pin?

The top of the shank L-brackets of the Front Mount Trailer Hitch License Plate Relocation Bracket, item # 5443, is about 3-1/4 inches to the top the license plate bracket. The hitch pin is not included with this item. You could use the Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock - Flush Design for 2 inch Trailer Hitches, part # e98880, or the Pin and Clip For Class III, IV and V Trailer Hitch Receiver, part # PC3.
