Are Erickson Tarp Sizes Listed As Overall Size or Cut Size

Question:
Are the Erickson heavy duty silver Tarps true 6x8foot and 8x10foot or is that the cut size and the tarps are actually 3 to 6 inches smaller than nominal? Ive encountered the cut size dodge on other websites - hope that isnt true on etrailer.
