I need to replace the entire plumbing to the black water tank. Will this fit with the waste valve and the 3 inch pipe I have already purchased from Lowe’s?

Yes, the Valterra DWV Adapter # D50-2929 fits the standard 3 inch RV black water piping like you have currently so it would work well. To install it you will need solvent like part # A05-0303 as well.
