The Replacement Mounting Hardware Kit for Westin 4" HDX Nerf Bars with Drop Steps part # 56-12775PK does fit your 2012 Toyota Tacoma Double cab to replace the brackets and hardware of the HDX nerf bars part # 56-12775 or HDX nerf bars with drop steps part # 56-127752. You do want to make sure you have either one of these sets of bars because the brackets may not fit another series of step.
If you let me know which Westin bars you have I can try to find the replacement hardware or send me a photo of the bars so I can confirm the bars that you have.
