Does the product come with mounting instructions or video? Im attempting to secure my 20 pound propane tank tighter than the poor mounting it came with. I have a 2018 Jay-co 145RB camper and not happy with the factory mount. Thanks

Actually, using the # 37220BL tank holder which is purposely designed to hold two 20lb tanks on the trailer tongue would likely be a better option.
The Rhino Rack # RRRGBH4 is designed to mount to a roof rack mounted platform, and does include installation instructions, which I've linked for you. The tank holder is designed to clamp to a slat on the platform that's about 3/4 of an inch thick by 6-1/2 inches wide. I'm assuming you'd mount this to the trailer tongue. In order to do this, you'd need do some fabrication and finagling to provide an appropriate mounting surface.
