Which 2” hitch will fit a full size spare for my 2011 Jeep Liberty 4x4 with a 235-70-16” spare tire.

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 13245 which is a fit for a 2011 Jeep Liberty will work on models with the factory full size spare tire. If the 235/70-16 is the factory size spare tire then you won't have any issues. That said, I don't have a list of specific tires sizes that the hitch will work with but so long as this has not been changed out from the factory you will be good to go.
I have attached a photo of the hitch installed with a full size spare tire for reference.
