In order to do a 10 inch drop with your Husky Centerline Weight Distribution system part # HT32217 you'd need the drop shank part # C17125 which can actually do a drop of up to 15-3/4 inches.

For the 2-1/2 inch hitch like you mentioned the drop shank we have with the most drop is the part # C17132 which can do up to 9-1/4 inches of drop. If that's not enough you'd need to use the # C17125 with the sleeve adapter part # 58102.
