Would I be able to put 2 kayaks on this? Would I just purchase additional stops? Thanks

You can carry 2 kayaks on the Buyers Products Truck Bed Ladder Rack w/ Load Stops # 3371501680, however it will depend on the size of your kayaks.
For the most secure way to transport your kayaks I recommend using the etrailer J-Style Kayak Carrier # e98878. It carries the kayaks on the side so they take up less space when transporting. The base and arms are padded to help protect from scuffs and scratches and it has load straps and tie downs to secure your kayak.
You'll need two etrailer J-style carriers to carry 2 kayaks since they are designed to carry 1. I attached a review video of the kayak carrier for you to check out.
