The weight capacity for the Rhino-Rack Vortex Crossbar System for Retrax XR Series and Mountain Top EVO-M Tonneau Covers # RRVA180B-RRRLT600 would remain the same at 220 lbs for this system even if you were to add another pair of crossbars to this setup.
If you were wanting to have a higher weight capacity then I recommend using a Yakima ladder rack system that is designed to mount to the XR series tonneau covers. For that the have the OutPost HD # Y01152-5855 which is a lower profile option that sits about 13" above your truck bed rails, and the OverHaul HD # Y01151-5855 which is more of a standard ladder rack that can be adjusted from 19" - 30" above your truck bed rails.
Both of these options have a 300 lb weight capacity on-road or 180 lbs for off-road use. The biggest advantage of these kits is that you have much more versatility in what kind of accessories you can use, especially with the OverHaul HD since it can sit up much higher.
