I have exactly what you need to install a 7-way trailer wiring harness on a 2001 Ford E-350. That said, they don't make a direct plug and play 7-way for this vehicle so you will need to start with a 4-way first like the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # 118344 which is entirely plug an play. This can then be easily adapted to a 7-way using a 4 to 7-way adapter like the Adapter 4-Pole to 7-Pole and 4-Pole part # 37185. That said, you will need extra wires and circuit breakers for the 4 to 7-way adapter adapter which are not induced with the above. If you like, we have the Universal Installation Kit part # ETBC7 which has the 4 to 7-way adapter you need as well as all the other wires and circuit breakers.
