Does rhino sell crossbar that attaches directly to the backbone base?

The Rhino Rack Backbone base needs to have a Pioneer Platform attach to it like what comes with the part # RR93ZW but you do have the option to add bars to the platform like with the # RR43138B if you were wanting the ability to have basically the best of both worlds.
