Question:
I need to replace my front jacks on my fifth wheel . I only need the jacks since I already have the motor. I have a 2004 Dutchman sport 30 would 8000 pound jacks be enough to raise and lower it

Landing gear is designed to stabilize a portion of your trailer's weight, not to support the full GVWR of your trailer. From what I found online, your 2004 Dutchman Sport 30 has a GVWR of 9,764 lbs, so a set of 8,000 lb landing gear (combined) would be more than enough to support the front of your 5th wheel trailer.
The Bulldog Tandem Landing Gear Set # BD500162, you were looking at, would work as a replacement. There are just bolts already installed where you'll mount your existing motor so you'll need to remove them first. Keep in mind that the emergency manual override hand crank # BD500203, is sold separately.
For a similar 8,000 option that includes the hand crank, and comes it at a much lower price point, I recommend the etrailer Landing gear set # RVLG-8HDL. It too will work with most landing gear motors and has the same 36 inch lift.
It includes a set of weld-on brackets for your trailer, but if the distance between your existing brackets (top of upper weld stop to bottom of lower weld stop) is 17-1/2 inches, as shown in the attached photo, these legs will mount right on them, without the need to weld new ones on.
