Question:

I am looking to getting a hitch for my 2020 Toyota Rav 4 XSE Hybrid, which one should I get? I would like something hidden, I don't want something really big sticking out on the back of my new car.

For your 2020 Toyota Rav4 XSE Hybrid I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13416. The cross tube is hidden behind the bumper so it has a clean look to it. It's a class III hitch, so it has a 2" receiver tube opening and that's important because it has the widest variety of options for accessories. I always recommend a 2" receiver if there is one available because they are more versatile and easier to find compatible accessories like ball mounts, bike racks and a lot more.

The Curt hitch is also a very easy install. It uses 4 factory weld nuts in the frame and bolts in place. It's rated for 600 lbs TW and 4,000 lbs GTW which is more than enough for your Rav4. You just want to check your Rav4's owners manual for the capacity it can handle.

If you're going to be towing I recommend the Curt Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56434 to get the light signals back to your trailer.
