can I replace with my mirror I have a hummer h3 2007 with no bark up camera. my goal is replace the mirror and put a back up camera. Is it all the wiring is the same at the connection of the mirror.

The Replacement Mirror # RVS-718DOS that you referenced is designed to replace the mirror included with the full Rear View Safety G-Series Backup Camera System # RVS-776718. If you don't yet have a camera system at all on the Hummer you will want to go with the full system, which includes everything you will need.
The rearview camera/mirror will fit in the same spot as the OEM mirror in your Hummer but the wiring won't be exactly the same. You will just need to follow the wiring instructions, which start on page 12 in the attached manual, when hooking everything up to ensure proper operation.
