That's a great photo you sent and I'm very sorry to hear of your recent loss. Your pups do look thrilled to be on the water with you (I love those hats and life vests) and we can set you up with everything you need to get back on the water with them. The Hullavator Pro is as good as everyone says because it makes mounting your kayak a breeze, and you'll just need to add a roof rack to your 2020 Subaru Outback to use the Hullavator.

In order to use the Hullavator Pro on your 2020 Subaru Outback you will need the following parts:

- Thule Hullavator Pro Kayak Carrier and Lift Assist # TH898
- Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars - 50" # TH711320 (Black) or # TH711300 (Silver)
- Rapid Podium Feet for Thule Crossbars # TH460R
- Thule Roof Rack Fit Kit for Podium-Style Foot Packs # THKIT4063

Both the roof rack and Hullavator Pro can be locked to protect your investments in these parts. I recommend the Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders # TH450600 which are a quantity of 6 because they will allow you to use the same key with the locks for both the Hullavator and roof rack.

I purchased a new 2020 Subaru Outback Touring XT and would like to outfit it with the Thule 898 Hullavator Pro Kayak Lift System. I already got detailed information for the 2020 Subaru Outback Limited XT from Kyle but ended up purchasing the Touring model instead. Would the equipment be the same for the Touring XT model as it would the Limited XT model?

I was able to confirm with Thule that for your 2020 Subaru Outback Touring XD, the parts I mentioned will in fact work for your vehicle: - Thule Hullavator Pro Kayak Carrier and Lift Assist # TH898 - Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars - 50" # TH711320 (Black) or # TH711300 (Silver) - Rapid Podium Feet for Thule Crossbars # TH460R - Thule Roof Rack Fit Kit for Podium-Style Foot Packs # THKIT4063 - Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders # TH450600 (Optional) They explained that in previous years, Touring models had different rails but for the 2020 model year, that is no longer the case, so this system will work for your Outback Touring XD.
