I want to carry my 2 inch Thule T2 bike rack on my 2019 Kia Sorento. Which class 3 hitch do I need?

Due to the fact that it's American made, reasonably priced and has a very durable powder coated finish, I typically recommend the etrailer.com Brand Class III Receiver Hitch, part # e98843. I've linked you to the installation instructions as well as to an installation video that you might find helpful.
The Draw-Tite # 75908 you'd looked at is more expensive, but has a lower capacity so you really wouldn't get any benefit from going that route.
